| 259727 | 2004-08-09 01:21:00 | My internet connection indicates it is working however I cannot connect to any webpage or access my email. Internet explorer keeps telling me that I need to adjust my browser settings or my DNS settings. The only thing I have noted since it was last working was the INDEX.dat file is now missing from temporary internet folders. What does this file do?????? Any help would be much appreciated.
