| 259553 | 2004-08-08 09:58:00 | As i mentioned my laptop was frezzing on Doom3,found its a widespread problem on laptops running the 9600/9700 chipset. The fix is to use the modified Omega drivers,Not only cures all ills,but improves performance and picture quality,and they are feature packed. They work on all radeo cards from 9500 and up,and work sweet as on the mobility chips,so its an excellent addition for your laptop if your running doom3 or not. Im so impressed that i will be loading em on a couple desktops as well,they smack the pants off the default drivers. http://www.omegadrivers.net/ |
