| 259980 | 2004-08-09 21:04:00 | Does any1 have any experiance with PixelView PlayTV pRo cards? I bought one today and i cant seem to get it to work. After installing the software I should be able to watch tv straight away (no tuning). All the channels are fuzzy (i dont mean fuzzy picture, I mean no picture just fuzz). The radio on the other hand works great :/. Im running winxp pro sp1 on a7n8x dlx. The card is hooked up to an amplified antenna. Im guessing its conflicting with windows somehow, I've tried ALOT of different drivers. |

I Have a pixelview HD card and I had to do the scan trick before I could watch anything. Recording what I was watching was al togetrher another challenge | paulw (1826) | ||

| 259983 | 2004-08-10 02:38:00 | PixelView PlayTV pRo Card refused to work on my setup it did not like DX9b. Makers recommended going back to DX9a which I did not wish to do so took card out & put it in cuboard :) | CliveM (6007) | ||

Is your amplified antenna an internal jobbie, or a proper outside antenna that produces good clean pictures on a TV set? Anything less is unlikely to work well with a TV card. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
