| 1368118 | 2014-02-19 20:09:00 | Trying to get the user manual from Toshiba for my Win 8.1 machine. I downloaded the zip file, which was supposed to unpack then auto run the exe file to open the manual. (Strange way of doing it for just a document). Anyway, it appears to unpack but there's nothing except an exe called tinstallwb.exe. I try to run this but get the error in this image. Any ideas please? 5557 |

Assuming it was from Toshiba, have you tried to manually unpack/unzip the file and look to see if the document is there. Those sorts of things sometimes put the documents in a menu for example. try right clicking the zipped file - Extract. Edited: tinstallwb.exe is known as TOSHIBA Component Installer |
