I've Hauppauge USB HRV-900H tv tuner with WinTV v; couldn't find any options to rescan for new channels. Do need to reinstall WinTV just to perform a rescan? Anyone here using Hauppauge WinTV? |

I did install AverTV but for some strange reason, if I was using the browser it must have been some key (or a combination of keys) I was pressing, it kept coming up (AverTV) . | 1349266 | 2013-07-21 01:59:00 | Last night my el cheapo Freeview unit announced that it had found a new channel and would instal it (lol) and I too now have the new sports channel with no intervention on my part whatsoever. It is a Loranz, you can record off it via USB but I haven't tried, I'm using the AVI output but it has a high quality one as well HDMI, I don't have the lead, although I have connected an identical unit to mine this way for someone else and it is an improvement in visual quality. Cost $69 from Harvey Norman, they had heaps of them on special about 2 months ago. |
