1348717 2013-07-14 07:22:00 LOL!! +1

I send cards now and then. E-cards suck. I sent a card and flowers to someone in hospital recently. She appreciated them, when I went in she had all the cards from everyone lined up where she could lie there and see them. Sometimes it's appropriate.

Emails, I hate txts for any long information. And for business, well, you try sending a quote or something via txt.......pretty rude really.

They all have the uses though. Txt is handy for general communication on the go.
Actual snail mail letters though? I think they're dead now.havent received an ecard in years, was the rage 10+ years ago. All it says to me is I really couldn't be bothered

A cousin in Wales sends us Jacqui Lawson e-cards for birthdays, anniversaries, etc which I appreciate as they are very well done. She has to pay for a subscription to send them so I guess she definitely can be bothered. I don't see how they are any worse than someone just grabbing the first card and/or box of chocolates they see in the book store or supermarket as it doesn't require much thought to be put into doing that.
