Correct. He's got nearly 4 days of uptime, and 10 days prior to that would be about the first or second day of installs, so unless he was on the closed trial, the last DLM modification was within the 10 day period.l If he has had it that long, and this is where it's settled, I'd almost count myself lucky it didn't back it off even further to offset those errors. Hopefully there's a line/wiring fault causing it, do you know how far in terms of cable run you are from the cabinet johcar?

1348376 2013-07-23 20:50:00 Only 300 metres to my cabinet. I think I was one of the last installs on the closed trial. Original launch was Monday following my install.

I am providing speed history to the techs - and will send this data indicating big errors to them today...

The errorseconds count is actually not as bad as the other number suggest it could have been, but that number of downstream FEC errors will be impacting on performance quite heavily (and is probably why your speedtest only comes back as about 2/3 of your sync speed). How long have you had VDSL? Do you know if DLM has made any changes to your line yet (uptime will reset and sync speeds will likely change)? I would expect it to drop that speed back to try and get stability, to be honest...

Hi mate, been on VDSL since 17th....sync speed has risen to 36 from 26 since its been in....TBH, Im quite happy with the speed down, but loving the speed up.....I can now stream movies from my Plex server!
