| 1368133 | 2014-02-19 22:36:00 | Windows 7 Windows Live Mail 2012 using a backup program (syncBack) wanting to indicate to the program the location of the Windows Live Mail contacts folder / directory can't find it research indicates that it should be in a DBStore folder C:\Users\<windows username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Contacts\default\15.5\DBStore not there did a search for DBStore folder found one for Calendar but none for Contacts any suggestions? |

| 1368134 | 2014-02-19 22:48:00 | Its in a hidden, system protected folder. First you have to go into folder options and untick " hide Protected Operating system files -- then you'll find it in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\ Contacts\Default\DBStore\contacts.edb Other wise its better to simply export the contacts as a csv file. |
