Don't think its a typo -From their site: Technically the service can support speed between 15 - 70Mbps downstream and 5-10Mbps upstream. ( key word in bold) :) They at least have their backsides covered this time; Expand out "What else you should know" www.telecom.co.nz and at the bottom of that article where theres a link Find Out more (www.telecom.co.nz) they have a few good suggestions - in short old equipment, where modems are placed, long extension leads -- all good and bad points that effect speed. |

| 1348273 | 2013-07-09 12:20:00 | I love how the estimated distance for VDSL (Ultra, and the normal, or what ever they call it) is around 2 - 5 km, from the exchange (I don't know the actual numbers). I live <1km from the exchange, but I can't get VDSL. It must be a conspiracy! |
