| 261589 | 2004-08-14 04:41:00 | Operating system has started freezing when carryout various functions such as opening multi windows,deleting files, closing programs etc. Task manager says "explorer not responding" Short of reloading original Win98 disc, is there anyway I can repair the system explorer files?
