| 262205 | 2004-08-16 06:10:00 | I have winamp v5.0c, with the wma plugin installed (it came preinstalled) yet if I have .wma's in a folder with .mp3's then as soon as winamp hits the .wma it generates an error and closes, yet It will play wma's (most of the time) if I select them individually with nothing else playing, so is there an alternative, mp3 player program out there that isn't full of c**p, spyware etc and doesn't hog system resources that will play these two formats without hissy fits. I previously had winamp 2.Something? but it didn't like .wmas at all, and I have used nero media player but it also didn't like wma's thanks in advance |

| 262208 | 2004-08-16 07:44:00 | What about Foobar2000 (www.foobar2000.org)? It is light on resources and does all you want. For the .wma support you will need to download the foobar2000 v0.8.3 - special (www.foobar2000.org) version - 2.38 MB. | Jen C (20) | ||

I think upgrading to 5.03 would solve your problems... unless you're on a slower computer in which case a downgrade to 2.9x would probably see you through. |
