| 262028 | 2004-08-15 11:57:00 | Right, I'm currently mucking with my friend's old laptop, which is an old compaq armada running with an ESS1878 audiodrive sound card. Bascially, the sound will not go.....every time I try to play a sound file, there is an error saying that the sound card is in use, yet I cannot figure out what is using the sound card. I have tried reinstalling the sound card drivers, but the problem still seems to remain... Any ideas? |
