I was told by an ihug csr that the activation will happen after 20 mins of login...but nothing happen...this is at the beginning of this year....still got invoices from ihug wanting me to pay for the service that I dn't even get to use.... | FeuerBrennt (5971) | ||
| 262769 | 2004-08-18 08:33:00 | Chill, You wern't trying to ring the help desk on a cell phone at all? That won't work as they block cellular calls for that. Other than that they fritzed a few components earlier this afternoon, ADSL was up but no PPP autentication from IHUG, the problem was all in their network. They also lost their phone system shortly after, maybe the huge influx of calls to the helpdesk. Technical glitch it's called :-P |
