| 263345 | 2004-08-19 20:53:00 | if you search forum you will find that the opinion of orcon is that they are one of the best isp's in the country, and the fact that they are going to take it on the chin for flat rate 256k plans then that makes me think they are. I am with orcon, and have been since voyager closed its public doors and have found them to be a great isp with reasonable rates. |
