| 263560 | 2004-08-20 07:27:00 | When I double click on the icon the program starts and I get the outline of the program but then it hangs so I do Alt+Ctrl+Del and in the task manager it says that Outlook Express is not responding, I have tried updating to OE6 but still the same problem. What has happened and how do I fix it. Cheers |
