Here we go again. The simple answer is yes you can in fact recover data off a reformatted hard drive.

It may require you to remove the hard drive and send it to recovery experts. This will cost but may be worthwhile.

You can also send the whole hard drive to me and I will attempt to recover data. No data recovered then no price at all.

You might like to say how the hard drive is partitioned and what file format was being used before I will even attempt this.
