| 264008 | 2004-08-21 10:38:00 | This isn't very like me to do this, but I feel that I must congratulate Microsoft for doing a very good job with their technical support. After installing SP2 for WinXP, I had problems access the Windows Update site. I contacted Microsoft's Online Assisted Support, and they responded very promptly and helped me fix the problem. I was surprised it was a real person who responded, and not a computer response. With all the negativity Re: Microsoft on this forum at the moment, I feel this is a good opportunity for me to say my thanks. |

As you say, M$ get their fair share of negative comments on this and a lot of other sites. When a good piece of news comes, it should be broadcast, after all, it's not going to flood the servers is it ?:| R2 |
