| 264045 | 2004-08-21 23:58:00 | Could be that your connection icon has been somehow placed in your startup folder -- check your Start menu and if it has your dial-up icon (under 'Startup') then right click and just delete it (its only a shortcut and doesn't actually delete your connection, which you can still access as normal via desktop or network connections) Also if you have Internet Explorer set to load at startup and it has had the option of automatically conect (under IE options) then this would cause a dial-up screen to show as well. |
