| 265098 | 2004-08-25 02:56:00 | I am using MS Outlook 2002 (on XP Pro SP1), and I had the envelope in the system tray when there was no new emails, and I wanted it to go away. I right clicked on it and there was an option to hide icon, which i clicked. However, the icon is now permanently hidden, and I can't find an option to enable it again. I have searched through the outlook help, but have found nothing. I have the taskbar option to hide inactive icons diabled, however, as a test i enabled it, but set the new mail notification icon to always show, and sent myself an email, but the icon remained hidden. Does anyone know where the option to show/hide this icon is? Cheers, Craig. |
