| 264994 | 2004-08-24 22:45:00 | I am running a Dell XPS T500, MS Win98SE, 384 M Ram. Eariler this year updated to McAfee IS and noticed a slight performance hit. Over the last month performance of the pC as well internet access has dropped significantly and the various McAfee companents have begun blocking sites, emails despite these already have been set as allowables etc. It is getting very frustrating and the McAfee Help is not much help at all apart from advising I ring Australia! Has anyone else found the same or similar problems? |

| 264996 | 2004-08-25 04:17:00 | Yep, been there. I was unable to extract an answer so had opted to contact a HD Tech via email. Wound up with three different people all blaming something else but not addressing the actual problem I was asking about Last suggestion was that I ring McAfee Australia.. pointed ou that was an international call for me and would it not be a better Customer service for them to contact me, no response. |
