| 1369000 | 2014-02-27 23:22:00 | I am running Outlook 2010 on my business computers. I need to share my calendar with various people using both Outlook exchange and also Gmail. I've done the sharing bit so that's okay. But now they can see the details of the actual appointment which I want to keep private. I've tried to fix that using the Microsoft tools within Outlook and that doesn't seem to work and I have no idea how to make it work with Gmail. All I want people to see is that I am either free or busy; not the details of the appointment. Any ideas please? thanks and best regards |
