When Freeview came in I did the install as I thought how hard could it be but had to get a Aerial installer to find the problem,ended up having signal bounce as I had to have the aerial pointed 45 Degrees away from Te Aroha

Yes I think it's got to do, with the aerial.
After the call, from Hills yesterday, I'm hoping they send an installer out to check it.
Yesterday afternoon, I turned it on and it was frozen picture.
Thinking that must be aerial problem.

I have looked around, where we are.
Most point to Te Aroha, but house at back of us is pointing to Papamoa Hills.
