| 1350553 | 2013-08-09 00:18:00 | Might pay to ask around your neighbours to see how they get on,have a look around at other aerials and there size (elements) and the exact direction they are pointing You may need something with more grunt to pull the signal from Te Aroha www.freeviewshop.co.nz When Freeview came in I did the install as I thought how hard could it be but had to get a Aerial installer to find the problem,ended up having signal bounce as I had to have the aerial pointed 45 Degrees away from Te Aroha Yes I think it's got to do, with the aerial. After the call, from Hills yesterday, I'm hoping they send an installer out to check it. Yesterday afternoon, I turned it on and it was frozen picture. Thinking that must be aerial problem. Ian |

Most point to Te Aroha, but house at back of us is pointing to Papamoa Hills. |
