1368566 2014-02-25 00:53:00 Is there a legacy boot option in the BIOS?? According to this (blogs.technet.com) if it's 32 bit, it doesnt support UEFI boot

If you try and boot 32 bit, in UEFI mode, it'll say what you're saying. No bootable device

1368569 2014-02-25 01:02:00 Except when we try to login now it says "The RPC server is unavailable"
and we can't log in.

1368570 2014-02-25 01:03:00 Hmm what about safe mode, can you get into that? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1368571 2014-02-25 01:07:00 no

1368572 2014-02-25 01:12:00 tried last known good configuration ~
got into windows desktop ~
but with a few errors

the errors are related to a program Conduit ~ seems to be malware
will review how to remove it.

1368573 2014-02-25 01:20:00 Reboot see if it boots normally now. If you can somehow boot from DVD, you could try this (superuser.com)

If you can get into msconfig from last good known config, untick what you think is suss under the startup tab, then reboot

1368574 2014-02-25 01:42:00 Or if you're on the desktop in last known good config, check if its 32 or 64 bit. I can export those reg entries here, depending on the version of win7 thats on it Speedy Gonzales (78)
1368575 2014-02-25 01:53:00 64 bit NZHawk (4093)
