However they did offer me the concession of letting me pay it off at $5 per month, added to my bill. Fair enough. I've now been given a confirmed date by which it should be connected, next week. Personally I can't understand that delay, but I hope my monthly fee only starts from the date that the service is active. Since been reading feedbacks on their site... not a good look. I think they're honest though. Here's hoping. But... if they want business to improve I bet they're doing their best to improve things. I'm grateful at least that they've offered this 'no contract' package. |

PJ I am a little embarrassed that you still remember that . :blush: :lol: No, Dad has never been a member of this or any other forum . He hasn't really progressed past sending and receiving emails but we are hoping to change that . Sadly nope . My dad never was a member here . . . I helped bury him about 6 weeks ago .
