1349730 2013-07-25 05:57:00 Just found a site that you can watch it online --- Seen worse.

Some of the Zombie movies they have on TV are more gruesome --- Just trying to remember the series that's been playing on TV ???? Thats got more gore and guts in it than the movie.

1349731 2013-07-25 06:00:00 I haven't walked into a theatre for 3yrs. Surely there is still a use for banning in the all scheme of things. Sure just unbanned them and get them from the video store then ... Nomad (952)

1349733 2013-07-25 06:55:00 The Walking Dead? Thats the one  - its more gruesome than the movie in this thread (thanks for the name completely evaded me lol) wainuitech (129)
1349734 2013-07-25 10:58:00 They might look worse but the serial killer probably has the potential to be more psychologically disturbing, zombies are not inherently malicious. But I suppose it all depends on what one finds creepier...

Anyway, if you haven't seen this yet you might get a good laugh: www.youtube.com

1349735 2013-07-25 11:21:00 As its been mentioned earlier on, its not hard to find, even streaming from sites overseas, no using torrents or downloading from other locations etc.

As some reports state, where are they going to draw the line ?? -- some violent first-person video games, would be more influential. Dont see to many gamers suddenly getting up from their computers and various consoles, taking guns and running around shooting everything in site ;)

On This site (monsterpictures.com.au) is a link to a report (pdf) along with one of the so called disgusting horror pictures. ( people with weak stomachs or sensitive - you have been warned)

The fact that they have banned it ( as its been already said) will only make people pirate it even more. Guess thats one way to get something popular - tell people they cant have it ;)

1349736 2013-07-25 18:25:00 It's only been banned for general release.

From the OFLC

R18/filmfest/study
Objectionable except if the availability of the publication is limited for the purpose of study in a tertiary media or film studies course or screened as part of a film festival organised by an incorporated film society such as the New Zealand Film Festival Trust, and in all cases to persons who have attained the age of 18 years.

So you can still see it.
