| 265859 | 2004-08-27 02:30:00 | I have lost the ability to send a web page. I use IE6 and Outlook Express and this function was able to be used but since installing MS Office 97 with Outlook this seems to be the problem with Outlook asking for a profile. I do not want to use Outlook at all. Only MS Word and Excel. Is there a way of disabling Outlook to avoid the intrusion? Or is some other setting not right? Hope someone can help. |

| 265860 | 2004-08-27 02:45:00 | try this to make oe the default Open Internet Exporer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs>E-mail. Then from the drop down menu, select Outlook Express then select Apply then OK. For outlook you should be given the option not to install it when you load office. hth |

| 265862 | 2004-08-27 03:36:00 | Try this OLEXP: "Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work Using Outlook Express as Default here (support.microsoft.com) It might be a good idea to uninstall office then reinstall it without outlook. hth |
