| 266337 | 2004-08-28 11:08:00 | My Cipher Strength in IE6 is zero which is why I can't now access secure sites. (I've got Windows) When I follow the Microsoft bulletin instructions to get it to 128, part of which are: Programs/WindowsExplorer/Windows/System and then try to change the name of Rsabase.dll to Rsabase.old I get the message:Cannot rename, access is denied. All the other changes were OK but I can't do this one and I still have 0 cypher strength. Is it all a fiendish plot? |
