I received this email message from a friend. I have no idea what type of computer she has bought. Is there a simple fix to the problem she has described please?
I don't know what I've done to the computer but all the green Start button that was at the left bottom of my screen is now at the top left . & I've got a strip of blue about an inch wide on the left side with the clock at the left bottom instead of on the right |

Put the mouse pointer on the blue bar and hold down the left button and drag the bar back down to the bottom. |
