| 266560 | 2004-08-29 06:39:00 | When I try to watch movie trailors on the internet using quicktime I get a small download first (about 120k) then Quicktime opens up and when I click on the play button the slider in the player window goes straight over to the right hand side without playing the movie. I presume the movie trailor is supposed to be steaming, but nothing happens. Quicktime appears to be working OK as I can get the sample movie that installed with it to work OK. Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but no difference. Have also turned off my firewall (nortons internet security) but still doesn't work. Any ideas please? |

Also there is a Quick Time Alternative if you are unable to fix the problemhere (www.free-codecs.com) . hth |
