| 267596 | 2004-08-31 23:04:00 | Is there a way to create a icon in the desktop which you can click and it will open a new email window of outlook express? i have a 200mhz and it takes a while to load outlook express and then click the new email at the top. Does anyone know how i can create the icon? |
