267293	2004-08-31 03:45:00	hi i am intending to stay with Windows XP SP1 because we are sharing printing connection on my dad's computer.. and my dad doesn't want to risk the SP2 installation because his computer got so many stuff and also thanks for the forum, as alot of ppl have experience difficulities........ hmm just a question for you guys.. if i intended to stay on SP1... if something happens, need to reset and re-format my machine, can i still be able to access those critical update that i have been doing since.... thanks Jacky	jackyht (3685)
267294	2004-08-31 04:30:00	Did you think to look in one of the other eleventeen threads already posted about SP2? and No. You can't get updates any longer unless you install SP2 as far as I understand it.	whiskeytangofoxtrot (438)
