| 268233 | 2004-09-02 05:42:00 | When I try to connect to the email or internet I go straight to an error screen which says my ISP cannot be found. I can get on by going to the ISP icon and clicking that and can connect that way, but how can I get the diapogue box back that used to allow me to connect? WillieD. |

| 268234 | 2004-09-02 07:05:00 | Do you mean a dialup icon for your ISP?? Depends on which Windows u have. In XP u click on the My network icon on the desktop, then view network connections, and create a new connection, enter the info. Then create a shortcut and put it on the desktop. So you can dialup by clicking on the icon on the desktop. | Spacemannz (808) | ||
| 268235 | 2004-09-02 07:23:00 | See if this fixes it
In Internet explorer Tools Internet Options connection check always dial my default connection is ticked. Outlook Express: Tools, Accounts, Mail, select your account, Properties, connections , check Always Connect Using and select your isps. That should fix it for IE as well. hth |
