| 267799 | 2004-09-01 05:00:00 | I have an issue where I am able to surf the net fine and see web pages, but no other application is able to see the internet. which means nothign is updating, or syncrinizing. The Pc is running windows 2000. Anyone seen this or fixed it, or have any ideas? |

Yet no other program on the computer can see the internet, including office apps (word etc) frontpage, outlook express |

| 267804 | 2004-09-13 00:07:00 | Make sure Internet Explorer settings are set to Never Dial a connection and under the LAN settings button make sure nothing is ticked. Then open Internet Explorer and goto the File menu and make sure Work Offline is not ticked. |
