| 267940 | 2004-09-01 09:46:00 | I installed sp2 from Microsofts own disk.All went well with the install till I began using IE and found it very slow to load links and disconnection occuring quite frequently.This was never a problem before instaltion of sp2.Any thoughts on what I can do to solve this problem.I run XP home edition and a 56K modem | moamanz (1857) | ||

| 267942 | 2004-09-02 07:34:00 | Hi,the new version that came with the update was not activated but I have now done so.I wondered if having two the other being zone alarm may conflict. I also have AVG antivirus installed and running.I had difficulty opening this window to post a reply,it kept struggling and then failing and disconnecting after a period of time.Any further info would be appreciated,regards Dave. | moamanz (1857) | ||
