| 268413 | 2004-09-02 13:29:00 | Hi all. I've just had my 21st recently and got a nice haul all up. So now I'm thinking about upgrading my cellular phone. At the moment I have the Nokia 3315, it just doesn't provide all the features that I'm wanting (mainly a record of sent messages). I probably don't really need a camera, or bluetooth, InfaRed and what not. But, it sure would be nice. At the moment I'm sort of looking at the SonyEricsson F500i (camera, colour screen) and the SonyEricsson K700i (more memory, bluetooth). Probably leaning towards the K700i because if I'm going to upgrade, I might as well do it properly. So, any other suggestions? Must be on Vodafone network of course. |

Would all depend on quite how often the different features are being used though and the photos that it takes aren't too bad at all. | -=JM=- (16) | ||
| 268417 | 2004-09-03 19:35:00 | It appears to me to be two different types of make/models on the market. One group you can drop accidently and they will still work & another group you can drop accidendly and they will stop working. Now I wish I could remember that "Fair Go" program about the person who had trouble and what cell phone he had. |

For me, either is pretty good as I charge more often than that anyway... it wouldn't be a reason for me not to pick a phone (maybe if the battery life was less than 24 hours). Mike. |

Would all depend on how often you're using all the features, but from the sound of things the screen on it really sucks through the power. Other than that it seems pretty darned nice though. Read some reviews on the Nokia 6600 as well and they were reporting similar battery life, so I guess that it is just something that is going to happen with phones of this type until they get better batteries. |
