1351646	2013-08-20 22:03:00	Is it just me, or have they gone downhill over the last few months? Placed an order a couple of weeks ago, items were instock. Received no Proforma, and sent an email query a couple of days later and had no reply. So I cancelled that and ordered from Ascent. Orders a little prior to that, one Proforma with no GST or freight added, a backorder that went ignored, little things like that. Used to get the Proforma's really quick, as within an hour, no more than 2, but lately (when they did bother to send them ;) ), it's a fair few hours. Today I can't even log in with username/password: The server at ps.synnex.co.nz is taking too long to respond.	Renegade (16270)

Just you then, I still get my email confirmations through etc.... You can log in and check the order status too, if nothing came though email it should still be there on your account. Just logged in too - no problems, maybe a brief glitch?	pctek (84)
1351648	2013-08-21 02:40:00	Good as gold here, been in and out of their site several times a day for the last week or so, logs in almost instantly. Still get all the usual guff via email. The "Specials" take a few moments to load sometimes, other than that no problems. Any orders, a confirmation comes through generally within 15 Minutes at the most, often its less than a minute. Shipping, as long as what I order is in stock, AND order it before 3.30pm, its here the following morning, unless I order on a Friday, then its here Monday morning.	wainuitech (129)
