| 1350786 | 2013-08-07 07:29:00 | I'm moving house so will be unable to have broadband Internet for the first week. So, I have the option of using my data allowance for my mobile, by tethering it to my pc. But with Dick Smith's recent special offer of a Telecom T-stick at half price - $29, which has 2 gigs allowance over two months. Great. Except... the offer was only available online. Okay. No mention of delivery charge. I order the product, thinking I can order then pickup from the local store. Nope. Only available for delivery - add $5. Delivery... up to 5 working days. Okayyyy, I'll accept that. After 5 working days... nothing. I phone them, they track the order, as I'd already done via their website... item is only in the prep stage, another "up to 5 working days" delay. Warehouse Stationary has the same deal, pickup from store. Dammit, why didn't I think of going to W/S first! grrrr  |

| 1350788 | 2013-08-07 08:56:00 | HA!. They got you. Sucker. Optus here in Skippiland sold me T-Stick that wasn't compatible with their own network, When I tried to return it for a refund they tried to say I had purchased the data not the stick. They then offered to upgrade the stick they didn't sell me, But to do so I'd have to upgrade me data purchase, This additional data was going to blow out to about $100 for 3GB, where you could buy the starter package of 4GB for $60...... Then they acted surprised when I pointed out how much of a moronic pack of ****s they were and demanded a refund. The refund which they couldn't figure out how to do, because it seems none of them had ever given one before. All the time I alternated from looking at them like I was about to kill them (I'm ****in charming really) and telling everyone that came in that shop was closed and they should leave. |

| 1350790 | 2013-08-09 03:58:00 | The item arrived today... at my old address. Maybe the phone call or a post here on PF1 made them move up a gear? @ Renmoo: I've moved Marewa, near where the family home is. I haven't forgotten... I still owe you a micro USB cable! |

Feel free to drop it off at where I work (you do know I've changed to another workplace eh?). |
