Initially it refers to 'interacting' with your bank via social media, then seems to start assuming that means you do more than read their "Sorry, functionality X is broken, it will be fixed soon" and reply asking for an update. No, I wouldn't use social media to actually do a financial transaction, but I'd happily read the banks status telling me about an issue, so that I don't have to phone up and sit on hold to find out. Same way I use a variety of service providers web pages or facebook pages that provide status updates and outage notifications. Also, quite a few of the questions seem to be essentially the same thing worded differently. Anyway, good luck with the study. | inphinity (7274) | ||
