| 1352112 | 2013-08-26 05:07:00 | Hi , Yes I live on the same street, i just live on the opposite side. She asked me why I dont park on your own side and I said to her I like to park on this side. Actually I have to park on the opposite side due to the bird crap that falls off from the tree. I told her to tow the car want if she wants to but she has no right as its a public park area. She started yelling and being racist calling F&*** chinese etc etc.lol |

As long as you are legally parked, and the car is Legal ( warrant reg etc other wise "legally" it could be towed ) then theres not a damn thing she can do. If she has people visiting its their tough luck if theres no car parks available for them. Suggest to her they get one vehicle and carpool or get a taxi ;) :D |

If someone told me that I would buy an old car in bad condition but with WOF and rego and leave it there permanently and not use it to teach them a lesson. |

We had a car parked outside our place a few years back, ( we live on a main road) legally parked, it was there for around a month, wasn't exactly a "good looking" car either, nothing anyone could legally do because it did have a current reg and warrant. A person I know in the police looked it up, wasn't stolen either. We found out, when it was finally removed it had blow its engine, and the young guys who owned it had to tow it away. |

| 1352118 | 2013-08-26 06:55:00 | Just make sure you are a minimum of 1 metre away from the roadside driveway edge. I had someone park their large car immediately opposite my driveway and also (same house) park really near the driveway edge. This meant you had little room to swing out of the driveway without collecting either car as you turned. Nothing I could do about it. The car opposite had been left there by the neighbours friend while they were overseas for about 3 months. Talk about inconsiderate (and most likely ignorant of the problem they were causing). My driveway is shared by 10 other houses so cars were constantly coming and going... pity no one hit either car. :devil |

I parked a little bit further down the street walk a further 5 seconds but it's ok . I told her to park on my side if she wanted to but she couldn't think of anything to say other than to swear .lol. I even told her to tow my car if she has the evidence to prove that the place I park is illegal. I'm getting awkward situations with people this week. This guy was waiting behind on the KFC line so I went ahead after the person made the order in front but he tapped on my shoulder and told me not to push in.... >,< |
