| 1369289 | 2014-03-03 21:38:00 | I have taken some photos on my phone. I want to download them onto my PC and when I plug it in the Wizard searches for the software and identifies it as Samsung Android ACM (the phone model is GT-55570) and after a while it says that it can't find the software. I don't quite know what to do but I thought that what I might want is a driver so I went looking and found an array of sites offering all sorts of drivers and have no idea of which one is the one that I need to download. Will someone please tell me what it is that I need to download so I can connect my phone to my PC. Thanks for your help. It is appreciated. |

Not very struck by this phrase: Print: Print via a USB or Wi-Fi connection . The device is only compatible with some Samsung printers . We have the cables included, but Canon printers . Lurking . |

Just to transfer them to a PC. At least with the canon printer here there's an app for it. Which will let you scan wirelessly, and I'm pretty sure it prints wirelessly too |

| 1369295 | 2014-03-03 23:23:00 | You can use the awefull Samsung Kies software, or.. Use Airdroid. Download the free app to you phone . Go to the Airdroid website & you can then very easily connect PC to phone, via wifi. No USB cables needed http://www.airdroid.com/ |

| 1369296 | 2014-03-03 23:50:00 | Thanks for all your suggestions. Very helpful. Thanks so much for the link, Wainui. That was the one that I wanted. Downloaded the driver, installed and am now able to copy over all my photos. Works beautifully and so easy. Really appreciated. Hello 1101. The link that Wainui gave me was the one that downloaded the Samsung Keis software and it has worked well. Always very grateful for all your help. |

| 1369297 | 2014-03-07 00:31:00 | I heard that Kies was bad. However I use it regularly to connect my phone to my computer. It does work best if I use the USB charger cable. However wifi works fine once the two have recognised each other. | theother1 (3573) | ||

It's the only easy way to get the drivers officially though as Samsung bundle them into the installer. Kies air on the other hand is pretty good, wireless transfer and it only really shares the name with the other software as they are different applications. |
