| 270504 | 2004-09-09 11:32:00 | Another quick way of doing this is to simply hold down a left-click over the "e" icon beside the http://... in the address bar and dragging this to your desktop and then releasing it. This works better if you don't have the IE window fully maximised so that you can see part of your desktop underneath. Or, from the webpage you wish to have a shortcut for, just go File > Send > Shortcut to Desktop. |
