270490 2004-09-08 22:15:00 If you use a free backup utility, what is it and how do you find it?

I'm looking for one at the moment (for documents/data as opposed to system/OS) that will offer compression, auto-leave-out-documents-that-haven't-changed, simple-interface-that-does-only-what-it-needs-to, auto-include-documents-that-weren't-there-before, and if possible, friendly-motivational-pop-up-comments-that-make-me-feel-good-about-myself...

How does XP pro's utility stack up with the rest?
Not concerned with direct backup to CD - will backup to another PC/HDD and write the backup file to CD less regularly.
Command line options would be good, so it's easy to run as a dbl-click bat file.
Also, multiple-job-thingies that let you setup different selectable backup routines would be a bonus.

Any input appreciated,
Thanks - S

One of my clients has been using it happily for the last 6 months.
