She doesn't want to buy a new keyboard.Are there anyway that we can both be able to follow instructions and fix the keyboard keys? Anyidea what the cause of the key to stuff up?When u press the arrow keys there's no response |

I can tell you how to take it apart, if it fails, it is your risk. |

| 271173 | 2004-09-11 04:39:00 | The arrows only work within an application that supports them. Where are you trying to make them work in? Have you got the right keyboard selected in Windows? (101 key keyboard) The fact that none work suggests that the problem is NOT in the keyboard. |

Is this a keyboard that has software like intelli type . there are settings and drivers for those boards . There may be some issue there, corrupted driver ect, or it dead, test with another to see . |
