270847 2004-09-10 01:58:00 After installing xpsp2 a computer keeps rebooting without getting into windows. How can I uninstall sp2 from a cmd prompt?? fnphoto (2434)
270848 2004-09-10 02:09:00 Microsoft recommend creating a restore point prior to the update, so it's probable that the only way to unistall is to do a System Restore Greg S (201)
270849 2004-09-10 02:14:00 Pity you can't run system restore from a cmd prompt either, you need to boot into windows. metla (154)

270852 2004-09-10 02:26:00 If you can access another XP computer you can make a bootable floppy disk, which may be a starting point. Never made/used one myself, but it could be a worthwhile thing to try Greg S (201)
