| 271478 | 2004-09-12 01:48:00 | Hi I am posting this cause I didnt think people would look in my old topics but I uninstalled my Graphics Card thing Or Video Card thing It is called S3 Graphics Inc ProSavage I downloaded a new one and I extracted it from the Zip thing and guess what IT DIDNT WORK! I need help with this bad. Here is the site I Dloaded it from list.driverguide.com It may not work cause U need to login but anyone who can help with this download problem please help Thanks |

| 271480 | 2004-09-12 02:09:00 | What do u mean it didnt work?? Nothng appears on the screen? Try safe mode and uninstall it from add/remove. Then reboot. Then find the right site to download the right drivers from. |

| 271482 | 2004-09-12 02:19:00 | WELL someone told me to go to my computer and right click and go to properties then device manager then display adapter then told me to click on what was there and S3 Graphics Inc ProSavage was there and then the person told me to uninstall it so I did then it restarted then it looked like it was all going to work until I needed a disk to continue it and I dont have the disc so that didnt work so I went on Google and looked up S3 Graphics Inc ProSavage and I got a result for the driver and I downloaded it, it was a Zip, so I Extracted it and it was a file and inside there were 8 things thAT ended in .dll, and one thing that ended in .cat and none of these helped I need to get this computer off this horrible 16 colours thing it is so hard to read things so I need desperate help to change the colours. The Display thing didnt help either there is only access to 16 colours and 640x something and u cant choose anything else and even if u could it wouldnt work as I have tried 50 million times before. Please Help! |

ComeAsYouAre have you considered taking it somewhere to get it fixed by a professional? Theres only so much help we can give you, you obviously lack basic computer knowledge. All that is required is for you to reinstall the video drivers, its pretty basic. |
