| 271309 | 2004-09-11 13:25:00 | i got a invitation and cannot log on ... took me a while to register .. then when it came to the redirect page it just stopped. i relinked to sign up and it says i have already registered. i then tried to sign in and it comes to a page of "cannot find server - the classic IE page". i tried to type a wrong password and it just says wrong username or password...... anyone had similar issues. i requested a email after ticking forgotten password. |

| 271312 | 2004-09-12 04:10:00 | that new site, no can do. all i get is the page not found IE page ... i did not even get my email when i requested a lost password yesterday .. thought this was one way i could sorta reset my account that i hadn't even accessed. |

| 271313 | 2004-09-12 05:01:00 | If you are running XP SP2 then you need to add the gmail website to the list of acceptable sites in IE (I forget where but I had the same probems for quite a while until I added it into the secure / acceptable sites thingy in IE) - I think IE or the XP security centre is trying to block it as a pop-up. | andrew93 (249) | ||

| 271315 | 2004-09-12 13:43:00 | Its bogus. I can't log-on. i've taken all my pop up stoppers etc etc.. I've resetted the IE settings and even dropped the privacy settings to the minimal one. I still can't get in, Gmail is not even sending my lost password's email. Its not a wrong password because if I did pop in a wrong password it would tell me right there... | nomad (3693) | ||
| 271316 | 2004-09-12 14:07:00 | Nomad, were are you telling Gmail to send your mail to you. Hotmail Msn, is treating Gmail as spam, Particularly if the can tell its from the password server. My Gmail password turned up, 2 days later in Hotmail SPAM folder. I only noticed it because I get so little spam. |
