| 271277 | 2004-09-11 10:27:00 | tried to install sp2 and said coudnt install due to wrong kernel or similar and i think its because i use style xp and i have an alternative boot screen. what do i need to do get sp2 working? cheers Term X |

Or get this www.osnn.net Then do this - Boot into safe mode - Browse to the following folders (via Start,Run) and rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.bak (for backup purposes) and then copy the patched uxtheme.dll: %SystemRoot%\system32\DllCache %SystemRoot%\system32\ %SystemRoot%\ServicePackFiles\i386 - Reboot Now you can use custom themes such as those supplied at ThemeXP! |
