| 271695 | 2004-09-12 22:58:00 | Real Player isn't junk, but it is a large package and is somewhat invasive and tries to take over. It installs JukeBox whether you want it or not, it's a bit 'big brother'. The best alternative player I've found is the Real Alternative player that includes Media Player Classic. It plays just about everyfile format you can think of, and I also use it as my default media player instead of Windows Media Player. UltraPlayer is now a bit dated, and I've had problems with it in XP. Get Real Alternative/Media Player Classic from here (www.free-codecs.com) |
