| 271789 | 2004-09-13 02:20:00 | I regularly use my email address as the username or logon for different sites. The problem is that it is a pain to type it out in full each time. Should or could I use a macro or doskey or similar to do this? Thanks Team |

| 271792 | 2004-09-13 02:33:00 | Well before a fix, there was a way u could enter a name/password in the URL / bookmark u used. BUT obviously MS thought that was a bad idea, since they made a fix to stop it . Dont know about a macro, but if u have programmable keys on your keyboard, and most probably software (XP might let you not sure), you could press a F key and there it is. BUT I think those may only work with the sites not actual passwords and names. Or try a shareware site for a program. |
