271560	2004-09-12 09:39:00	Hello there A neighbour with WinXP Home, just asked me to help-the problem is: when going to my pictures- click on a image -send e-mail - the option window comes up-choose the size-send and then in outlook express ad the address-all works ok for the first time only. From there on the send window does not come up-the message text only page comes up and you can't send? It does work once again for one time only after each restarting the computer. Has anyone an idea how we could fix such a problem. Many thanks Gion	Gion (5833)
271561	2004-09-12 11:20:00	Is the problem with the send to mail not working again or in OE. Here are some possible solutions if it is a send to mail problem. 271562	2004-09-12 19:25:00	Thanks for that Johnboy I had a quick look-no success yet. It is when sending a picture from within MY PICTURES folder-and very odd- for the first time round it works but not from there on. I suggested also to my neighbour to do a window update as that was never done before on his machine. Is internet explorer repair an option? Luregn	Gion (5833)
271563	2004-09-12 21:39:00	You could do a system file check to replace any missing or damaged windows files that should fix any windows problems. To do so go to the Run box on the Start Menu and type in: sfc /scannow note there is a space after sfc. It will ask for your installation cd . hth	johnboy (217)
